Tai chi may benefit pschological health.

Tai Chi may have a positive effect on the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress. It seems to enhance the moods of people with chronic conditions as well as benefiting healthy people who have not been diagnosed with any psychological pathology.

Allergy treatment

I recently reconnected with a former tai chi and qigong student of mine from Vancouver.
After many years of studying traditional Chinese medicine in Canada and China, Francis Rock (DTCM, R.Ac.) has moved to Toronto and begun a successful practice in Yorkville.
Francis (I believe he is "Dr. Rock" in British Columbia) is becoming quite popular with patients in Toronto, focusing on allergies and fertility issues. He is also a great resource when I have questions about TCM. Of course, his time is precious these days. But he has promised to write us an article about fertility from a TCM point of view. Look for that in the near future.
